Because every order is custom, I start from scratch with every order! I try to ship within two weeks.
To order, send me an e-mail (wendi@alphabetsoupembroidery.com) with the following information:
1. Item name
2. Size, if applicable. (Remember that t-shirts tend to run a little small.)
3. Fabric(s) or insert choice
4. Thread color(s)
5. Font style.
6. Your first and last name AND your complete shipping address.
7. Your payment choice:
Shipped Orders -- PayPal is the only method of payment I will accept for out-of-town orders. I will send a PayPal invoice to the e-mail address you send your order from within 24 hours of receipt. I must have payment before I begin an order.
Local Pick-Up--If you are local and have ordered with me before, I will accept payment (check or cash) upon pick-up.
8. I mail USPS Priority (2-3 day). Shipping is a flat $6 for orders of any size. Orders over $100 will receive free shipping!
To ensure the quickest processing time, please be sure to include ALL of the above information in your e-mail. I am working on multiple orders at a time so any missing information can result in longer processing/working time.
